Standard delivery is £3.50 and takes 3-5 business days.

Express delivery is £7 and takes 1-3 business days.

Free Shipping for orders over £50 and will be sent via standard delivery.

Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns at this present time, however we can offer an exchange (See below)

There are no returns on sale items or gift cards.

Fit just not quite right? Send us a message using the form on the Contact Us page, or an email to alternativessels@gmail.com. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sizing Charts

When purchasing a Gift Card, please to type in the name of the person you wish to give the Gift Card to. Also, there is no expiration date on a Gift Card.
